No Returns
All sales on our website and Shop are final. We do not offer returns for any products purchased through All The Fall Things.
Affiliate Products
Most of the products featured on our website are affiliate products sold through third-party retailers. If you purchased an item from one of our affiliate partners, you must refer to their return and refund policies. We do not have control over their policies and cannot process returns or refunds on their behalf.
All The Fall Things Collection (Print-On-Demand Products)
Products from our exclusive All The Fall Things Collection are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because these items are custom-made upon order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or there is a manufacturing error.Â
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with a defect or manufacturing issue, you may request a reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery. To process your request efficiently, please provide the required photo or video evidence as outlined below:

A clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface where the incorrect placement is shown with a ruler/measuring tape. For DTG, DTF, and AOP products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. |
| Wrong print location | A clear photo of the product you received, folded in a way that clearly displays both sides. |
| Incorrect product | A photo of the product that was received, with the size tag clearly visible as well. |
| An issue with the product (incorrect size, brand, quality) | A clear photo of the received product where the design, issue, and/or size tag are clearly visible in a single frame. |
| Manufacturer sizing defect |
A clear photo of the received product being measured according to the measurements provided in the catalog’s size chart. Both the print and the measurement should be clearly visible and the garment should be laid on a flat surface. |
| Electronic device defect | Video or photo clearly showing the issue and troubleshooting steps being performed. |
| Shipping damage | A photo or video of the received product, where the package, the printed design, and the issue are clearly visible. |
| Reprint with same issue | A photo or video of both the original and reprinted item in the same frame where the issue is clearly visible. |
